Casa Roverella

Casa Roverella is a well appointed 3 bedroom villa, built around a century old oak tree in a stunning scenic setting, surrounded by the green hills of the Apuglian countryside.

It is located in Puglia (Italy) between the charming villages of Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie.

The villa combines contemporary design with a relaxed and rustic feel, whilst offering all the modern comforts associated with a luxury holiday rental.

The living area

The kitchen and living area are flooded with light due to the triple aspect windows and from here there is direct access to the swimming pool and outdoor area.

A comfortable open plan lounge area overlooks the inner courtyard and the Roverella oak tree.

Outdoor

There is plenty of space to enjoy, relax and recharge.

You can choose to enjoy the view of the Apulian countryside and the breeze under the pergola, where you find the outdoor kitchen and lounge area with large and comfortable cushions. If you prefer you can chill under the Roverella tree in the inner courtyard.

Alternatively you can enjoy the sun on the deck, on the opposite side of the pool, where there are lounge beds and chairs.

Three comfortable bedrooms

There are three bedrooms, all with king size beds and three bathrooms with shower.

The master bedroom has direct access to the pool and a private terrace and has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has access to a small and private terrace. The third bedroom has a spacious en-suite bathroom.

Location

It is conveniently located in the middle of Itria Valley in Puglia (Italy).

The picturesque villages of Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica are no more than 15 minutes away by car. Stroll around these villages to enjoy a true taste of Italy and enjoy an aperitivo, some great food at local restaurants or find some gems at the flea markets on Sunday.

The beach (Costa Merlata) with its restaurants and beach clubs is 20 minutes away.

Airport: the closest airport is Brindisi (30 mins) and Bari (1 hour).
