Christmas & NYE time: upon request
During the low season (September to April) we require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
During our high season (May to August) we require a minimum stay of 7 nights. Check-in: Sunday.
Terms and conditions:
To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. 50% final payment must be received not less than 60 days prior to arrival.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
A security deposit of € 1.000 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. The payment can be made via Paypal. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted off the deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
60 days prior your arrival: 50% deposit refunded
less than 60 days prior your arrival: no refund
